Common Questions
- How do I create an invoice? — Tap the + button on the Home tab, select "New
Invoice", add a customer and line items, then save.
- How do I share a PDF? — Open any invoice and tap the share icon in the toolbar. You
can send via email, AirDrop, WhatsApp, or any app.
- How do I back up my data? — Go to More → Backup & Restore → Create Backup. Your
data is saved as a JSON file you can restore at any time.
- How do I set up iCloud Sync? — Go to More → Cloud Sync and enable it. Your data
will sync across all your devices signed into the same iCloud account.
- How do I add my company logo? — Go to More → Business Settings → tap the logo area
to upload from your photo library.
- How do I scan barcodes? — When adding items to an invoice, tap the barcode icon to
scan with your camera.
